This joint is dedicated to delivering diet friendly food.
Branches: Lodhi Colony, Karkardooma, DLF Galleria Gurgaon
What I ordered: Quinoa Pasta Arabbiata Salad
Price: INR 300
Review: The pasta did not have a quinoa taste at all, making me suspicious of its claims. It was excessively spicy without being flavourful. The helping was quite small for the price.
Rating 2.5/5
This cafĂŠ serves fast food but has a small salad and soup section as well.
Branches: Jangpura
What I Ordered: Parma Ham and Melon Salad
Price: INR 400
Review: The salad was already dressed when it was delivered, which could be a problem if your order gets delayed or you live further away. Most delivery places package the dressing on the side. It was a small serving but the rocket leaves, Parma ham and sliced melons were fresh and delicious! The salad is expensive due to its fancy ingredients.

This is a delivery diet service, where you can choose healthy foods to order, or sign up for a diet meal plan designed by their in-house nutritionists.
Branches: East of Kailash
What I Ordered: Parafit Pesto Pasta Pinenut Salad
Price: INR 395
Review: The serving was generous and the dish was filling. It was also quite tasty but the salad leaves were soggy and gross to look at, as they had been saturated in excessive pesto dressing. The Pine nuts added a nice flavour and texture to the dish.
Rating: 4/5
This place is dedicated entirely to salads, healthy food and juices. The packaging of the salads was the classiest of all the places I tried. There are a large number of salads to choose from.
Branches: Greater Kailash Part 1
What I Ordered: Tokyo Drift Salad (Teriyaki chicken, rice noodles, China cabbage, roasted peanuts, orange carrot in sweet chilli sauce dressing)
Price: INR 299
Review: I loved the packaging as well as the reasonable price. The salad was tasty, fresh, and quite crunchy- a perfect mix of flavours and textures. I also appreciate that the calories in each serving are mentioned in the menu.
Rating: 5/5
This restaurant offers European food with a focus on healthier options.
Branches: Lajpat Nagar
What I Ordered: Chicken Beans Sprout Salad (grilled chicken, cherry tomato, jalapeno, corn and flax seeds); Chicken Soup
Price: INR 289, INR 189 respectively
Review: The chicken salad was packaged well, with fresh ingredients and was filling. I also appreciate the reasonable price point. However, it was too spicy and not flavourful.
The Chicken Soup was delicious â quite thick and filling!

This was the original chain of restaurants that introduced the concept of salad delivery services in Delhi. I have tried it on numerous occasions and while I enjoyed it in the past, I had a bad experience recently.
Branches: Khan Market, Greater Kailash Part 1, Chanakyapuri, Greater Kailash Part 2, Okhla Phase 1, Punjabi Bagh, Sector 110 Noida, Ambience Mall Gurgaon, DLF Phase 4 Gurgaon, Sector 44 Gurgaon
What I Ordered: Grilled Chicken with Blueberry Vinaigrette Salad
Price: INR 450
Review: The delivery was late by an hour, arriving 1.5 hours after ordering. The restaurant was unresponsive and unhelpful in tracking the delivery man. When I finally received the salad, I was shocked to see how minuscule the quantity of salad was. It is the most expensive salad on this list, and offered the smallest portion of all. While it was tasty, the flavour was not enough to make up for the bad experience. It seems like their success has led to a lowering of overall quality standards.

This chain offers health food with many options to choose from.
Branches: Greater Kailash Part 2, Punjabi Bagh
What I Ordered: Grilled Chicken Salad with Lemon Herb Dressing, Egg and Mayo Sandwich with Guacamole, Chermoula Crusted Fish with Mushroom Couscous.
Price: INR 415, INR 320, INR 420
Review: The Grilled Chicken Salad with Lemon Herb Dressing was delicious, and I especially loved the raisins for a sweet touch. I was glad that I could choose my dressing instead of receiving a standard one.
The Egg and Mayo Sandwich with Guacamole was tasty but the eggs were served in an omelette style which are never as good as scrambled eggs for sandwich fillings. It felt like the establishment were too lazy to go the extra mile for the scrambled egg filling.
The Chermoula Crusted fish was quite spicy but flavourful. I chose the Mushroom Couscous to go along with it which was very filling.

I have ordered from this health food joint several times, and I like the food though I have had a bad experience in the past.
Branches: Jangpura, Kaushambi Ghaziabad, Tughlakabad Institutional Area, Civil Lines, Lado Sarai, Sector 22 Noida, Sector 45 Noida, Tagore Garden, Udyog Vihar Gurgaon, Sector 56 Gurgaon, Sector 39 Gurgaon
What I Ordered: Grilled Chicken + Quinoa Bowl and the Zesty Grilled Chicken Salad
Price: INR 330
Review: The packaging is bulky but excellent as it keeps the salad fresh. Every salad is nutritious, low on calories and high on taste. They are quite filling and will satisfy your cravings. However, a couple of times the delivery has taken excessively long (once it took over 2 hours).
Rating: 4/5
This place prides itself on serving the healthiest possible food by displaying calorie counts and using the freshest ingredients.
Branches: Malviya Nagar, Sector 45 Noida, Udyog Vihar Gurgaon, Sector 49 Gurgaon
What I Ordered: Chicken Teriyaki Salad, Chipotle Chicken Salad
Price: INR 299, INR 299
Review: The salads are beautifully packaged and filling, but not the tastiest, owing to their healthy ingredients. However, these are the best options for weight loss.
