Advice on Diet
According to Rabha, the diet intake of a body builder should be protein-rich. Protein supplements are expensive and often difficult for a bodybuilder to afford these. Due to this reason, on many occasions, bodybuilders give up the sport, which is a sad reality. Aspiring bodybuilders need continuous government aids to keep their dreams alive.
We hope that Rabha will continue to set higher goals for himself and keep winning glories for the country. We wish him all the best for his future endeavors.
